I have always believed that feedback is one of the best ways to learn to grow. So, for us as a brand new business and a totally new entity in the world of cruise retail, in order for us to add value and to develop, we need to get honest feedback and learn what our members really think about what we do. So to do this, we have opened ourselves up fully to your views!
We have joined Trustpilot, an online feedback platform totally independent from us. We want to be transparent to our ability to add value. Therefore, after all our online webinars and training we will give all our attendees an opportunity to tell us what they thought of the sessions, so we can use this to build a stronger network, with more value to our members.
