1.
LEARN
Using the information provided across the Cruise Retail Academy website and app, you can learn about the cruise retail industry, the jobs available and what experience you need.
2.
APPLY
Select the role which you want to apply from on either our website or app, and the click on the 'Apply for role' button. You will then need to complete our application form and also upload your up-to-date CV. We will then consider your application.
3.
INTERVIEW
If your application is relevant, we will invite you to attend an online interview using our calendar booking page. You should select a date and time that is convenient and then follow the instructions as sent to you via email,
4.
PROGRAM
If your interview is successful, you will be invited to join one of our exclusive recruitment programs specific to the operator you have been selected for. This may involve reading or watching a number of informations specific to the business and also completing a number of specific tasks.
5.
CLIENT
Your application will be sent to the cruise retail operator, and you will be invited once again for an interview / assessment. You may have to complete a number of specific tasks relevant to the operator's search criteria.
6.
PREPARE
You will need to complete all of your preparation actions including medicals, visa, references and upload all information following all instructions.
There are also some costs that you need to be prepared for, which we will explain in your interview. You also have the opportunity to join a number of the E-Academy learning courses on our app, to become an expert before you embark!
